How to Use the System

Follow these five steps to go from sign-up to certified — it's designed to be intuitive and self-paced.

Create Your Account

Go to the Sign In page and click the Register tab. Enter your Student ID, Full Name, Email, and Section. You can set a custom password or leave it blank to use the default (password).

Explore the Dashboard

After logging in, you'll land on your Dashboard. It shows your training progress, activity chart, module completion percentages, and quick links to each simulation. Use the sidebar to navigate between modules and the User Manual for detailed reference.

Practice in the Simulations

Each module has live simulation pages where you perform real actions — create reservations, take POS orders, receive inventory, and more. Everything you do is saved to the database just like a real PMS. Use the Low Stock, Audit Mode, and View Details buttons to explore each workflow fully.

Complete Training Scenarios

Visit the Scenarios page to start guided training. Each scenario walks you through a sequence of steps (e.g. "Take a restaurant order", "Receive a PO"). A progress tracker, timer, and step navigation panel help you complete each one. Your score is saved automatically.

Earn Your Certificate

Complete all scenarios across all three modules with a passing score. Once you're done, a Certificate becomes available — print it or verify it online with a unique certificate ID. You can retake any scenario to improve your score.
